4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

Dragon99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Identity verification failed, or documents submitted were found to be fraudulent.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• Inactive (no login or transaction activity) for more than 12 months consecutive.
• Closure request submitted by the member themselves via Dragon99 customer support.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Dragon99 account may contact our support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5 business days after the verification process is completed.

Dragon99 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that its services will be entirely free from interruptions or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law:

• Dragon99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Dragon99 platform.
• Dragon99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system outages beyond Dragon99's control.
• Dragon99's maximum liability to any member in any claim shall not exceed the member's actual total deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
